The world's leading whitegoods manufacturer required a Design FMEA facilitated workshop process on new products to ensure Design for Manufacture and Design for Assembly capabilities were achieved; secondly, Process FMEAs were then required for current Products to ensure Field Quality Targets were achieved

Swinburne University Victoria required their Sydney client and their 15 Plant Management and Operational staff to complete a Competitive Manufacturing Certificate IV; two projects have been completed, another two to be presented in June and each participants has completed their Lean improvement activities
